Another of the Bisquick Impossible Pie recipes with my own special spin on it. This ended up tasting so much like "pizza in a casserole". It's definitely one of my favorites. This casserole tastes just like a cheese pizza from your favorite pizza parlor.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 13" x 9" casserole dish with cooking spray.
- 2. Brown the meat, drain. Add the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes, stir to combine, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat. Spread this mixture in the casserole dish.
- 3. In a medium bowl, combine the Bisquick, milk, and eggs, whisk to combine thoroughly. Pour the Bisquick mixture carefully over the meat mixture in the casserole dish.
- 4. Bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle evenly with cheese. Sprinkle dried oregano and/or sliced fresh basil. Bake 10 minutes longer, until cheese is nice and bubbly or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
