This is a very hearty salad . Red cabbage and Tuna . With home made roasted red pepper vinigarette.

1/4 slice purple cabbage (slivered)
1 can(s) tuna
1 clove garlic
1/2 caroot
1/2 slivered onions
1/2 slivered celery
ALL THE VEGGIES I USE IN THIS SALAD, I SLIVER THEM SO THIN YOU CAN SEE THROUGH THEM ALMOST .

Steps:

  • 1. sliver your veggies , cabbage , caroots , celery , I micro dice the garlic , and finley chopp the parsley. separate the garlic and parsley (used for the dressing)
  • 2. wash , then put in medium size bowl. in a small icecream type bowl, add the garlic , parsley , balsmic vinigar, olive oil , mustard , and lemmond.( wish through with fork) too thicken the dressing then add the roasted red peppers.
