Indoor S'mores image

You may not have a grill or the weather may not be cooperating, but you can still revel in this childhood favorite, and it's a brilliant way to make s'mores for a crowd. Also brilliant: melted chocolate is spread on both of the graham crackers for each s'more, so the chocolate envelops the marshmallow with each bite.

Number Of Ingredients 4

Oil for baking sheet
36 graham crackers (to make your own, see recipe here)
4 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
18 large marshmallows

Steps:

  • Preheat broiler. Cover small baking sheet with foil, and lightly oil the foil.
  • Put graham crackers top side down on a cutting board or another baking sheet. Slather each graham cracker with chocolate.
  • Put marshmallows on the foil-covered baking sheet, and broil a few seconds, until tops are browned. Turn over to brown the other side.
  • Put a toasted marshmallow on half of the chocolate-coated graham crackers. Top each with another graham, chocolate side down, and serve.
