My aunt brought this recipe home from Vermont one year and everyone had to have it...great for potlucks and cold winter nights.

Steps:
- 1. Combine bread crumbs, eggs, and oil. Spread over bottom of pan and cover with drained spinach.
- 2. Brown ground beef, drain fat, and add onions, garlic, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, tomato paste, spinach juice, and spices. Simmer together for 10 minutes. (Use a very large skillet!)
- 3. Cook macaroni per box instructions and drain.
- 4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Alternate meat mixture and cooked macaroni over spinach. Cover with cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
