Instant Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies image

These are really quick and delicious.

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 cups quick cooking oats
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups white sugar
½ cup evaporated milk
½ cup butter
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Steps:

  • In large bowl combine oats, vanilla and salt. Stir in pecans.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and cocoa. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat, stir in oats mixture.
  • Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let cool.
