Instant Oatmeal Pancake image

A quick and easy way to use instant oatmeal packets, instead of just adding water and popping it in the microwave! And it's yummy!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 (1 1/8 ounce) packet instant oatmeal (any flavor)
1/2 banana, mashed
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute

Steps:

  • Mix and combine all ingredients.
  • Pour into non-stick skillet and when you shake the pan and the pancake moves, it's time to flip.
  • Brown on both sides, and enjoy!
  • (I also add about 1/4 cup of sugar-free maple syrup).
