Not bad, but not great. The carnitas were a bit tough and the flavor was just okay. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

Amazing! Best carnitas I've ever had. The meat was so tender and juicy, and the crispy bits were to die for. I'll definitely be making this again and again.

The carnitas were a bit dry for my taste, but the flavor was good. I think I'll add some more liquid next time.

5 stars! The carnitas were delicious and so easy to make. I'm not a huge fan of pork, but this recipe changed my mind. The meat was moist and juicy, and the crispy bits were the perfect contrast. I'll definitely be making this again.

This carnitas recipe is a game-changer! The meat was so tender and flavorful, and the crispy bits were perfection. I served it with tacos, but it would also be great in burritos, enchiladas, or even just as a main course with rice and beans. Highly r
