This pie was a disaster! The crust was soggy and the filling was runny. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

This pie was a hit at my dinner party! The mascarpone filling was creamy and decadent, and the almond topping added a lovely crunch. I used Granny Smith apples, which gave the pie a nice tartness. I would definitely make this pie again.
