I'm allergic to gluten, so I used tamari instead of soy sauce and it was still delicious.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover steak. I had a few pieces of flank steak that I cooked the night before and it worked perfectly in this stir-fry.

I didn't have any bell peppers on hand, so I used a cup of chopped carrots instead. It was still really good!

This dish was a little too spicy for my taste, but I think that's because I used a little too much red pepper flakes. Next time I'll use less.

I wasn't sure how the Italian seasoning would taste in a stir-fry, but it was really good! I'll definitely be using this recipe again.

The sauce for this stir-fry was delicious! I used a little less soy sauce than the recipe called for and it was still plenty flavorful.
