Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 450°.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix first three ingredients well. Cut bread into 15 diagonal slices, almost completely the way through. Spread mixture on one side of the each slice.
- 3. Wrap in heavy-duty aluminum foil, leaving a partial opening at the top. Bake 15 minutes or until heated through.
