I love that this soup is so versatile. You can use any type of sausage you like, and you can add any vegetables you have on hand. I've even made it with leftover turkey sausage, and it was delicious.

This soup was delicious and easy to make. I used ground turkey instead of sausage, and it was still very flavorful. I also added a can of diced tomatoes, which gave the soup a nice tang. I will definitely be making this soup again.
