- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray an 8x11 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place cheeses in prepared dish.
- Top with chopped peppers.
- Pour beaten eggs over the cheese and peppers.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Cool for a few minutes and cut into squares.
