Introduced to a similar dip at a restaurant in the Nashville area. It's addictive. I use fat-free sour cream. Overnight chill is key. Flavors meld together. I use 1/4 jalapeno and that makes it a kicked up mild. Use a 1/2 cup for medium heat.

I've tried this recipe a few times now and it's always a hit. The dip is creamy, spicy, and just the right amount of tangy. It's perfect for parties or as a snack. I usually serve it with tortilla chips or crackers, but it's also great on sandwiches
