This makes about 3 pints, I store it in the refrigerater, The longer it sits the hotter it gets. With this recipe you always have salsa in the refrigerator.

Overall, I thought this salsa was pretty good. It's not the best salsa I've ever had, but it's definitely worth a try.

This salsa is AMAZING! It's the perfect balance of spicy and flavorful. I love that it has a little bit of a kick, but it's not too hot. I've made it several times now and it's always a hit with my friends and family.
