Jam Pop image

These are a hit here at the house for all the kids in the apt complex, during the summer i make enough to pass around. they love it, its easy to make and you can make a bunch at a time..

Number Of Ingredients 4

popsicle molds
2/3 c plain or vanilla yogurt
3 Tbsp jam, any flavor
3 Tbsp milk or juice

Steps:

  • 1. Mix together the yogurt, jam, and milk or juice.
  • 2. Pour into your popsicle mold. This recipe makes 4 standard popsicles.
  • 3. Let freeze until solid. When you are ready to eat the popsicles, run warm water over the mold for easy removal.

I made these last night and they were a hit! I used a muffin tin instead of a loaf pan and they turned out great. I also added some chocolate chips to the batter and they were delicious.
