Japanese Spaghetti image

I have no idea why this is called Japanese spaghetti, unless it is the soy sauce. My girlfriend's mother used to make this as a side dish with pork chops, and it is so delicious

This spaghetti dish was a bit too sweet for my taste, but otherwise it was very good. I would recommend using less sugar in the sauce.

This spaghetti dish was absolutely delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced and the texture was spot-on. I especially loved the combination of the sweet and salty sauce with the tender spaghetti. I will definitely be making this again!
