Jell-O Cookies image

This is another cake mix yummy. Jell-o cookies are always delicious, but this recipe is easier because of the cake mix. Try them, I think you'll will like them.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 (3 ounce) package Jello gelatin, any flavor
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl mix all ingredients together well.
  • Pinch dough into 1 inch balls.
  • Place onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes.
