Jo Ann's Squash Casserole image

My friend Jo Ann shared this recipe with me after having it at her house one time. It is really delicous and so easy to make.

Number Of Ingredients 7

6 c sliced squash, boiled & drained
1 can(s) celery/mushroom soup
1 c sour cream
1 c shredded carrots
1/2 c chopped onions
1 8oz pkg. pepperidge farm stuffing
1/4 c melted butter

Steps:

  • 1. Mix soup, sour cream with onions, and carrots. Layer squash in greased pan then layer of sauce and layer of stuffing. Repeat. Pour butter over all and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
