Steps:
- Heat the chocolate with the Kahlua and the Grand Marnier (or orange juice) over low heat until the chocolate is melted; set aside.
- In a blender mix the eggs, egg yolks, vanilla, and sugar. Add the heavy cream and blend for 30 seconds. Pour in the chocolate mixture and blend until smooth.
- Pour into individual serving dishes (small dessert cups as this is very rich).
- Refrigerate 2-3 hours until set. When ready to serve, garnish with whipped cream.

[email protected]This Kahlua Pots de Creme was a bit too rich for my taste, but it was still good. I think I would have preferred it with less Kahlua. The texture was also a bit too firm for my liking.

[email protected]Overall, I thought this Kahlua Pots de Creme was good. The flavor was nice, but the texture was a bit too firm for my liking. I would probably make it again, but I would adjust the recipe to make the texture creamier.

[email protected]I had some trouble making this Kahlua Pots de Creme. The custard didn't set properly, so I had to make it again. The second time, it turned out much better. The flavor was good, but the texture was still a bit too firm for my liking.
