KAISERMELANGE COFFEE
Ausitria's most famous coffee beverage, the emperor's melange. Rich and filling - use organic eggs to be safe with the egg yolk. I post this as German recipe because JAP doesn't have Austrian recipes, but it is Austrian!!

Steps:
- 1. Cream together raw egg yolk and honey.
- 2. Brew one large espresso and slowly pour the hot espresso into the honey-egg mixture, stirring constantly to avoid curdling.
- 3. Finish with one shot cognac.
