Kentucky Rebel Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 stick melted butter
1 c sugar
1 c light corn syrup
4 eggs
2 Tbsp bourbon
1 9 inch unbaked pie crust
1/2 c chocolate chips
1 c pecans or walnuts

Steps:

  • 1. Combine first 5 ingredients.
  • 2. Pour into pie shell.
  • 3. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top; pat down with spatula.
  • 4. Top with pecans or walnuts and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
