Kids Favorite Breakfast Casserole image

Are you ready for yet another breakfast casserole? This one is slightly different than the others I saw listed as it has only 5 ingredients, no mustard, and since I make it with sausage, the meat adds all the flavor my kids want. I usually serve it Christmas morning with either orange-marmalade or cranberry-walnut apple muffins.

This casserole is a great way to use up leftover ham. It's also a great make-ahead breakfast. I usually make it on the weekend and then reheat it during the week.

This casserole was a disaster! It was dry and bland, and the eggs were overcooked. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

This casserole was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. I think I would have liked it more if it had more cheese.
