Kids' Smoothies image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 banana, cut into pieces
1 cup diced fresh or frozen fruit, such as pineapple, mango, papaya, strawberries
1/2 cup ice cubes
1/4 to 1/2 cup yogurt, milk, or ricotta cheese
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice, optional if using frozen fruit
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional

Steps:

  • Combine the banana, fruit, ice cubes, yogurt, juice, and honey in a blender. Process until smooth. Serve immediately.
