8 boneless, skinless chicken tenders
4 teaspoons butter, softened
⅓ cup lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon paprika

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Coat an 8x11-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Place chicken tenders in a single layer on the prepared baking pan. Spread butter on the tenders. Sprinkle evenly with lemon juice, salt, and paprika.
  • Bake, uncovered, in the preheated oven until chicken is no longer pink in the center and juices run clear, 25 to 30 minutes.
