This is my version of Chacho's King Kong Nachos. I use the frozen leftovers from my http://www.food.com/recipe/tamaras-carnitas-477187. or http://www.food.com/recipe/kitchen-kouture-whole-chicken-4882. I like to serve this with my http://www.food.com/recipe/kitchen-kouture-loco-avacado-sauce-487814.

I'm not a big fan of peanut butter, but I still enjoyed these nachos. The combination of flavors is really unique and interesting.

These nachos are a great way to use up leftover ingredients. I had some leftover chicken and cheese and I just threw them on top of the nachos.

I thought the nachos were a bit bland. I added some extra salt and pepper and they were much better.

These nachos were a little too spicy for me, but I think that's because I used a spicy salsa. Next time I'll use a milder salsa.

I love the unique flavor of these nachos. The peanut butter and banana combination is unexpected but it really works.

I added some grilled chicken to my nachos and it was a great addition. It made the nachos more filling and satisfying.

I used a different type of cheese than the recipe called for and it turned out great. I think any type of cheese would work well on these nachos.

I was skeptical about the peanut butter and banana combination, but it actually works really well. The sweetness of the bananas balances out the saltiness of the chips and cheese.

I've made this recipe several times and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The combination of flavors is amazing and the nachos are always crispy and delicious.
