I had a hard time getting the korokke to hold together. I think I might have overcooked the potatoes.

The korokke were a little bland for my taste. I think I would add more spices next time.

The korokke were easy to make and turned out perfectly. I used panko breadcrumbs and they gave the croquettes a nice crispy coating. I served them with a dipping sauce made of mayonnaise, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
