Lamb and Green Bean Stew With Spelt (farro) image

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my stew turned out really bland. The lamb was tough and the green beans and spelt farro were undercooked. I'm going to try making it again, but I'll follow the recipe more carefully this time.

This stew was a bit too spicy for my taste, but other than that, it was very good. The lamb was tender and the green beans were crisp. I would definitely make this again, but I would use less chili powder next time.
