These crisp potato pancakes are the ultimate in holiday comfort food. (Don't skip the sour cream and applesauce!) Get them sizzling away in a heavy-bottomed skillet until beautifully browned, and arrange them on a plate lined with paper towels as they finish. They won't last long.

These latkes were a bit too bland for my taste. I think I would add more salt and pepper next time.

These latkes were so easy to make, and they turned out perfectly! I used a food processor to shred the potatoes, which made the process even faster. I also added a bit of chopped onion and garlic to the batter, which gave the latkes a nice extra flav

I've tried many latke recipes over the years, but this one is by far the best. The latkes are perfectly crispy and golden brown, and they have a delicious potato flavor. I highly recommend this recipe!
