1 garlic clove, minced
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 medium tomatoes or 3 grape tomatoes
1 bag european mixed salad greens or 1 bag lettuce, of your choice

Steps:

  • Combine the first 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Whisk together until blended.

  • Add tomato cut into thin wedges (you may substitute grape tomatoes if desired).
