This cheesecake was a bit too sweet for my taste, but it was still very good. The coffee and chocolate flavors were well-balanced, and the cheesecake was creamy and smooth. I would recommend using a dark chocolate ganache instead of a milk chocolate

This cheesecake was a disappointment. The coffee flavor was weak and the chocolate ganache was too sweet. The cheesecake itself was also a bit dry. I would not recommend this recipe.

I'm not a huge fan of coffee, but I really enjoyed this cheesecake. The coffee flavor was subtle and not overpowering, and the chocolate ganache was rich and creamy. The cheesecake itself was light and fluffy, and the crust was perfectly crispy.
