I'm going to try making this pie with different types of cheese. I think it would be great with a sharp cheddar or a creamy goat cheese.

This pie is even better the next day. I like to reheat it in the oven until the crust is warm and crispy.

I baked the pie for an extra 10 minutes, just to make sure the crust was nice and crispy.

I added a sprinkle of dried oregano to the tomato mixture. It gave the pie a nice savory flavor.

I used a store-bought pie crust to save time. The pie still turned out great.

I'm a vegetarian, so I omitted the bacon from this recipe. It was still amazing!

This pie was a hit at my last dinner party! The combination of tangy tomatoes, sweet onions, and flaky crust was perfect. I'll definitely be making this again.
