Steps:
- 1. In large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain well. Add spaghetti sauce and water blend well.2. Top with remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover refrigerate 12 hours or overnight.4. Heat oven to 350°F. Uncover baking dish bake 50 to 60 minutes or until noodles are tender and casserole is bubbly.
