most ribs are to much work for me, these are easy and very delicious. i like to brown them on the grill or broiler after they are cooked.

Steps:
- 1. rub ribs with cajun seasoning. layer ribs and onion in 5 qt slow cooker. in a bowl, combine the next 12 ingredients . pour over ribs. cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until meat is tender. remove ribs and keep warm. strain cooking juices and skim fat, transfer to a sauce pan. combine cornstarch and water and stir until smooth, stir into juices . bring to a boil and stir for 2 mimutes ,or until thickened. serve with ribs. yeild 4 servings.enjoy
