Steps:
- Heat oil in large skillet over high heat.
- Add broccoli florets, mushrooms and carrots, saute 2 minutes.
- Add water, bring to a boil. Crumble in noodles (not seasoning packets).
- Simmer, covered, 3 minutes or until noodles are almost soft.
- Stir in beef strips and stir-fry sauce. Simmer uncovered 1 minute more or until noodles are soft.
