1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 lemon, juice and rind of
1/4 cup cream
1 cup raisins
30 prepared tart shells

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients except raisins.
  • Place a few raisins in each tart shell.
  • Fill 2/3 with lemon mixture.
  • Bake 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes~.
