This is a recipe that I used to make for dinner special at a local restaurant that I worked at in the 70's. Simple to make. I have guessed at some of the measurements to reduce this recipe to 4 servings.

I'm allergic to nuts, so I used crushed pretzels instead of almonds in the crumb topping. It was delicious!

I would have liked the recipe to include a sauce or something to serve with the fish.

This recipe was a disaster. The fish was overcooked and the crumb topping was burnt.

The crumb topping was too thick and didn't cook evenly.

I thought the lemon crumb topping was a bit too sweet. I would reduce the amount of sugar next time.

Not a fan of the lemon crumb topping. It was too dry and crumbly for my taste.

Lemon Crumb Cod Fillets were a hit! The fish was flaky and tender, and the lemon crumb topping was perfectly crispy and flavorful. I served it with roasted asparagus and mashed potatoes, and it was a complete meal.
