Steps:
- Pulverise biscuits in a mixer with the butter and sugar. This should form a fine crumb mixture. Press this into the bottom of your pie dish. Then bake this for 8 minutes at 150 degrees celcius (290 farenheit). Take out - and let base cool. Zest the lemons. Then juice them. Whip the cream till it gets a bit thicker. Mix tin the condensed milk, zest and lemon juice. Pour this mix into the pie dish over the cooled base - and put into the fridge to chill.
