Lemon Noodles image

Number Of Ingredients 8

6 ounces dry angel hair pasta or 6 ounces dry buckwheat noodles
water
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar

Steps:

  • Boil the noodles till al dente-drain-plunge into ice water and drain well, toss with Lemon dressing.
  • And that would be: Stir together all ingredients-whisk well-make sure sugar is dissolved.

This dish was easy to make and very flavorful. I used whole wheat noodles, and they worked well in the dish. I also added some chopped fresh basil, which gave the dish a nice pop of color and flavor.

I made this dish last night and it was delicious! The lemon flavor was bright and refreshing, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. I added some grilled chicken to the dish, and it was a great addition. I will definitely be making this dish again.
