I got this recipe from a friend of mine years ago, and everyone loves them. They are a great change during the summer months, but are great all year long.

Steps:
- 1. Put cake mix, cool whip and egg in a medium size mixing bowl. Mix well with mixer. Mixture will be very sticky. Place powder sugar in small bowl. Drop tablespoon amount of cake mixture into powder sugar and roll. Drop onto parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. Store in airtight container
