This recipe is a waste of time. The lentils were mushy and the roasted vegetables were flavorless. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

This recipe was a disaster! The lentils were undercooked and the roasted vegetables were burnt. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

I thought this recipe was just okay. The lentils were a bit bland and the roasted vegetables were a bit too oily. I would probably not make this recipe again.
