Number Of Ingredients 5

2 cups fresh raspberries
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons limoncello (Italian Lemon Dessert Liqueur)
8 ounces neufchatel cheese (in block form)
shortbread cookie, for serving

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, using a fork, mash 3/4 of the berries. Add the sugar and liqueur. Mash until fruit is broken down but still slightly chunky. Refrigerate for 20 minutes and up to overnight for flavors to meld.

  • Serve with a cheese knife to smear the delicious mixture on the shortbread cookies.

I followed the recipe exactly and my torte turned out terrible. The crust was soggy and the filling was too runny. I'm not sure what went wrong.

This torte was a bit disappointing. The flavors were bland and the texture was dry. I wouldn't recommend this recipe.

I had some trouble getting the crust to set properly, but the filling was delicious. I'll try again with a different crust recipe next time.

This torte is a bit too sweet for my taste, but it's still very good. I would recommend using less sugar in the filling.

This limoncello raspberry torte was a delightful treat! The combination of flavors was perfect, with the tartness of the raspberries complementing the sweetness of the limoncello. The crust was flaky and buttery, and the filling was smooth and creamy
