This was one of my mom's favorite dishes. She didn't make it all that often, but when she did, all of her children flocked home. I sometimes serve this over buttered egg noodles. Plus, it came from my mom and dad's recipe bag. Ymmmmm good!

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my steak turned out really dry. I think I might have overcooked it.

This recipe was a little too spicy for me, but I think that's just a matter of personal preference. I'll definitely try it again with less cayenne pepper.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover steak. I made it with some flank steak that I had in the freezer, and it turned out really well.

I followed the recipe exactly, but the steak didn't turn out as tender as I would have liked. I think I'll try marinating it for longer next time.

This steak recipe is a keeper! The marinade tenderizes the steak perfectly, and the Cajun spices give it a delicious flavor. I served it with mashed potatoes and green beans, and my family loved it.
