6 * 6 large eggs
1 * 1 cup heavy cream
1 * 1 cup grated cheddar cheese or swiss cheese
1/2 * 1/2 cup crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
* salt and pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Butter or spray quiche or pie pan with non-stick cooking spray. 3. Beat the eggs with the cream. 4. Add salt and pepper to taste. 5. Add the cheese and bacon, mix well. 6. Pour into the pan. 7. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
