LOW CARB SEAFOOD CHOWDER image

Number Of Ingredients 14

1tsp. Of onion powder
1/2 Tbsp. Old Bay
3 tsps. chopped garlic
1/2 cup diced celery
3 oz., without shell chopped shrimp
5 oz minced clams
1 cup heavy cream
3 cups chopped cauliflower
1 bottle or can of clam broth
2 cups chicken broth
4Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Chopped parsley
8 oz boneless white fish
1 Tbsp. Corn starch

Steps:

  • 1. Chop celery and cauliflower. Put in a large pot with chicken broth, 1 bottle clam juice, onion powder, old bay, and garlic. Bring to boil. Reduce temperature and simmer for 15 minutes. 2. Chop fish and shrimp into small pieces. Add parsley, fish, shrimp, and can of minced clams. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer for 10 minutes. 3. Add cream and butter. mix two tbsp. Of chowder liquid with the corn starch and mix inti the chowder. Serve.
