Low Fat Panini image

This is a low-fat version of a panini and is still so yummy! You can use pretty much any low-fat deli meat in these, I like turkey or ham or a combination of both. You're going to love this sandwich! My husband and I are obsessed with these right now

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover chicken or turkey. I also like to add some roasted vegetables, like zucchini or eggplant.

I used whole-wheat bread for my panini, but I think it would also be good with sourdough or focaccia.

The feta cheese added a nice salty flavor to the panini. I think it would also be good with goat cheese or mozzarella.
