Low Fat Rice Krispie Meat Loaf image

Low in fat because you use a mixture of ground turkey, lean ground beef, rice krispies and egg substitute. A dear friend gave me this recipe and it is delicious. You could of coarse use real egg.

I'm not a big fan of Rice Krispies, so I wasn't a huge fan of this meatloaf.

This was a great recipe! The meatloaf was moist and flavorful, and the crispy rice topping was a fun change from the traditional breadcrumb topping.
