One of my favorite cookie recipes.

Steps:
- 1. Beat butter, brown sugar and sugar in a large bowl until fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, salt and baking soda in a small bowl. Add to butter mixture and mix well. Stir in 1/2 cup candies. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Press additional candies on top. Bake at 375F for 10 to 12 minutes.
