Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. fresh thyme, chopped
1/8 tsp pepper

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer or food processor. * Beat until fluffy. * Chill. * Serve with green beans, peas or carrots. Variation: Maitre D'hotel(Dijon) For Dijon butter, omit the thyme from the Maitre D'Hotel Butter & add 2 Tblsp. Dijon mustard. Serve on zucchini, broccoli or asparagus.
