Mammaw's Waffles image

Brunches are a big hit in our family. They think this recipe makes the best waffles of all and it is easily doubled or tripled. I sprinkle blueberries or pecans on top of the batter for those who want them just before closing the waffle iron --- it's definitely my favorite way to have them. Plus, you can make the batter the night before!

These waffles are the best! I've made them several times and they always turn out perfect. They're light, fluffy, and have the perfect amount of sweetness. I highly recommend this recipe.

The waffles were good, but they were a bit too dry. I think I'll add a little more buttermilk next time.

These waffles were a bit too eggy for my taste. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

I love that this recipe uses buttermilk. It gives the waffles a slightly tangy flavor that I really enjoy. I also like that the recipe is easy to follow and doesn't require any special ingredients.

I've tried a lot of waffle recipes, but this one is by far the best. The waffles are perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I highly recommend this recipe.
