Cool and refreshing treat for summertime. Yield depends on size of popsicle holders. Mine are the kind with a plastic handle and stick and hold about 3 ounces. Number Of Ingredients 3

1 can(s) (13 1/2 oz) coconut milk
1 can(s) (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
1/3 c sugar (or to taste)

Steps:

  • 1. Add coconut milk, oranges, and sugar to blender. Blend until smooth.
  • 2. Pour mixture into ice pop holders and insert popsicle sticks, or plastic tops.
  • 3. Freeze 5 hours or overnight.
